Soltek Aggregates, established in 2014, is a growing leader in the turf and aggregates industry. We proudly serve Quebec, Ontario, and the New England region, offering over 60 high-quality products to clients in golf, equestrian, municipal, and sports grounds sectors.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/French) Sales Representative with a strong background in turf management or a related degree. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, supporting Dryject operations, overseeing construction project management, promoting Capillary Concrete solutions, coordinating sand testing services and quality control at our production sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage relationships with clients across various sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Assist with Dryject operations and coordinate project logistics.
- Manage construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Promote and sell Capillary Concrete solutions to existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate and interpret sand testing results to support client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) – essential.
- Degree or background in turf management, agronomy, or a related field.
- Sales experience is an asset but not required, preferably within the turf or construction industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
